Dispatch & Delivery
All parcels will be sent as a non signature required, if you are not likely to be home upon delivery please leave details on your delivery info if you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a specific area. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. Orders can also be delivered to a work address.
Deliveries are sent out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday's, with cut off for Wednesday deliveries 1pm Tuesday. South Island deliveries are sent out on Monday's & Tuesdays only to lessen any risk of your order sitting in the courier depot over the weekend. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. North Island – Next day delivery service, South Island – 2-3 day delivery service. Some remote and rural areas will take 2-3 day delivery service. Once orders are dispatched you will receive tracking information via your contact details (email / sms )you have left at time of order. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will track your parcel.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase.
Nationwide delivery charges are calculated by your delivery destination.
Loss of parcel
If your plant order can be tracked to the delivery address provided at the time of your order Lush Lane will not be liable for this loss, however if your parcel has been lost in transit due to handling by our couriers we will contact you to either refund or replace your order asap.
Returns & exchanges
Lush Lane does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our plants. Due to the fragile nature of our plants, we ask that all purchases are final.
If your plant has suffered severe damage on its journey to you please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days we will require photos of the damaged plant in it's packaging so we can lodge a claim with our courier provider and provide a refund for your purchase.
