Dispatch & Delivery
All parcels will be sent as a non signature required, if you are not likely to be home upon delivery please leave details on your shipping info / customer notes if you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a specific area. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. Orders can also be delivered to a work address.
Deliveries are sent out Monday & Tuesdays. South Island deliveries are sent out on Monday's to avoid any risk of your order sitting in the courier depot over the weekend.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. North Island – 1-2 day delivery service, South Island – 2-3 day delivery service. Some remote and rural areas will take 2-3 day delivery service. Once orders are dispatched you will receive tracking information via your contact details (email / sms )you have left at time of your order. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will track your parcel.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase.
Nationwide delivery charges are calculated by your delivery destination.
Loss of parcel
If your plant order can be tracked to the delivery address provided at the time of your order Lush Lane will not be liable for this loss, however if your parcel has been lost in transit due to handling by our couriers we will contact you to refund your order in full.
Returns & exchanges
Lush Lane does not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on any of our plants. Due to the fragile nature of our plants, we ask that all purchases are final.
If your plant has suffered severe damage on its journey to you please keep your plant inside the carton/ box it arrived in, we will require photos of the damaged plant, please reseal the carton/ box and contact email@example.com within 3 working days to arrange for your plant to be collected by our courier provider for return so that a full refund can then be provided.
